María del Carmen S.A was born in 2019 with the purpose of supplying meat from pastures of excellent quality to the city of Concordia, the city where the owners are from.

Until now, the company has two agricultural-livestock establishments in Entre Ríos: Las Palmas and La Cautiva. It is there where the breeding, rearing and finishing of animals is carried out.
